By accessing this website and registering for the 26th Annual Conference of the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India (PCSICON 2026), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Registration & Attendance
- Registration is mandatory for all delegates attending the conference at HICC & Novotel, Hyderabad.
- Delegates must provide accurate and verifiable professional information during the registration process.
- PG Students must submit an HOD letter to avail of the PG Student registration tariff.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse registration or admission if fraudulent information is provided.
Payment Terms
- All registration fees are indicated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to an 18% processing & service charge (including GST).
- Payments must be made in full at the time of registration via the integrated Payment gateway.
- A confirmation email and receipt will be generated automatically upon successful payment.
Intellectual Property
All content presented at the event, including slides, abstracts, and materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective authors and PCSI. Unauthorized recording or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Liability
The Organizing Committee, the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India, and the venue (HICC Novotel) shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property belonging to delegates during the event.
